It is a Present Active Imperative in the Greek. Present tense speaks of continuous action. Active Voice means we perform the action through the power of the Spirit. The imperative mood speaks of a command. It is imperative that we think this way. It is necessary and vitally important to let the mind of Christ operate within us.
