Currently she is studying for her boards which will make her a National Board Certified Health Coach in June.
She helps women with “diabesity” ( diabetes and obesity) improve their overall health and make sustainable lifestyle change. She coaches one on one and in group settings for wellness centers, community outreach centers, etc. Her coaching philosophy is helping clients better understand how to move forward and meet their goals to achieve desired, sustainable behavior change.
Nancy has spent her entire career, in wellness. She loves living in Northern San Diego County, with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. She is Certified Health Coach and teaches label reading and a LEAN course to faith-based organizations and businesses.
