As a single mom, whose child goes back and forth between two homes, I realized there was a gap in the marketplace for any tools/resources that really helped support young children whose parents divorce/separate.
And so, I've created Home Sweet Homes, the world's first planner and journal that stays with a child as he/she transitions homes. Journal entries help everyone share thoughts while the planner features allows a child to feel in control of his/her schedule. Home Sweet Homes is a child-centric tool that provides a child with the needed emotional support through this safe shared space. Plus, the book will be sure to be a treasured keepsake and memory book when a child is older.
